Cancellation Policy

Methods of payment accepted are:

- cash;

- credit card;

- bank transfer (prepaid and non-refundable).

To confirm the reservation, the guarantee of a valid credit card is required.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. A prepayment of the total price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card within 7 days before arrival.

The full amount of the stay will be charged on credit card as a penalty in these cases:

- if the stay is canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date;

- in case of no show (no arrival);

- if you decide to terminate or reduce your stay.

We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit card at any time after booking.
